Nelf Kitty?

Has anyone found the model of the new night elf starting pet, the white riding tiger? I really hope it is tamable somewhere in the game. All of the other hunter starter pets are tamable. Not really fair of blizz to make us roll or re-roll a little nelf hunter just because we want that one pet. Haven't seen anyone mention it recently, which is why I felt like asking in a post. Thanks

I totally agree. I loved and always have loved that white striped saber model. However, I have only seen it prowling around Darnassus in the grasses. I hope at least other Alliance find them tameable someday. This ol NE would love one ;_;

This. I would hate to be denied the gorgeous cat just because my main is already 80. If I wanted my main to have the cat, I would have to start her all over again, which would in turn deny me from some of the retired stuff she currently has.

It is the white riding tiger and if you already have a NE Hunter, you will NOT get it as far as I'm aware. You'll have to make a new hunter.

I dunno, I can't see Blizz giving one race a special pet, if they start from scratch. That just makes no sense. I'm fairly certain we just haven't seen it yet. (At least I hope so....)

I think it might (logically) show up sometime as a rare in Darkshore, Winterspring or Teldrassil, somewhere kitty friendly. It might be out there, we just haven't found it yet.

I think if King B got a re-skin someone would've posted it by now. If anything we can petition the forums if all else fails.
..but I'm sure Blizz will rectify this injustice to the non-nelf players.

If it goes live as it is - then perhaps you can simply petition a GM to grant your existing NE the pet.

I would love to see all old world cat models updated to this, the skins would look so much better. The current old world cats have issues that happened ages ago with their bottom teeth- the transparency is missing so they have what is essentially a 'uni-tooth' and kinda looks denture-y. Their snout and eyes are a bit unbalanced also, and the riding tiger model is much cleaner. Come on Blizz! Wrap those models on the riding cat frame!

Could someone with a level 80+ Horde character check the new patrolling cats in Darnassus...they have a white tiger model of some kind, and am unable to do this due to my Humannes :p

They have no diet and cannot be tamed when I beast lore them. I may be Alliance, but the lore doesn't change between factions.
