Nuramoc

I've just read on Thottbot a comment saying that
Nuramoc is now untameable:

I'm not subscribed to wow atm so I can't find out for myself but I am planning on coming back for
Cataclysm, can anyone confirm whether Nuro's become untameable for no reason :O?
P.s That was my first petopia post (o,O)

That's likely because the guy was not specced into the talent at the end of BM. Nuramoc is an exotic pet.

Yeah, I think Kamoodle is right. I'm not certain what message you get when you try to tame an exotic while in MM or SV, but it seems the most likely explanation. I'm certain they didn't stealth nerf him.

Not sure about Beta, but tamed him on the PTR less than an hour ago. He's still good.

I am speced in the bm tree and I tried to tame him but he is no longer tamable May 19th 2012 was the day and 10:00 pm was the time that I tried to tame it.

I can guarantee you he's still tameable. Are you positive you were in BM with the Exotic talent?

Yesterday i believe it was he was tamed by a guildie of mine who was hunting him. Only reason that the tame couldnt of worked is if, as Veph said, you had the very specific lvl 69 talent Beast Mastery (and of course be lvl 70 which is Nuramoc's only ever spawn level)

Just flew out and checked. He wasn't up on Nesingwary so I tried my alt server and he was there. Still tameable.

He's presently tamed on my 'rare collector hunter' less than two days ago. I can definitely confirm his tameability!
