I saw this on youtube today and the poster has confirmed that every worgen will now look like the player worgen, there are no old models in game anymore it seems. Ehh kind of having a nostalgia fit, but I guess it'll be ok. I would rather something along the lines of "Feral Worgen" for the old models, and maybe "Turned Worgen" for the new models? I'll miss those humongous canines and loping run.

Eurgh...the old world Worgen were fantastic, that's a shame they're getting rid of them. =/

Same. I loved the Northrend model. At first I hated it, but running around with Alpha (Garwal.) I loved the Northrend model. This makes me sad.

There's just no way the playable models come close to the mood of the originals.

Places like Duskwood and Shadowfang Keep won't have the same atmosphere. The vanilla Worgen have a feral, creepy look that the new models just don't have. It's ridiculous if this is true and they'll all disappear.

They shouldn't have removed the old feral Worgen model from the game. There should be a graphic distinction between the extra dimensional Worgen and those affected by the curse.

But but i LOVE the onld worgen models 10x more than the new ones D: WHY BLIZZ WHY!

Technically some of the old Worgen are ones affected by the curse too, such at the ones in Pyrewood Village. But I do agree they shouldn't have removed the old model, I love it! <3

Same with the goblins - the ones from Steamwheedle now match the new goblin styles for example.

Extra dimensional? Most of those worgen you've seen are cursed too....the very ones who started the curse to begin with.

Nope. That's just the retarded retcon. Worgen were originally from an alternate dimension. Another race, simply. Some experiments later and it was a curse, like in Pyrewood. The retarded druid backstory was just Blizz' excuse to give them druids, and VERY poorly done I might add.

They shouldn't have given Worgen Druids at all, its absurd. I can sooner see the Nelfs teaching Draeni how to be druids than Worgen.

And the retcon is rediculous. The original story was infinitely better. The really should retcon the retcon

I liked the old goblins too. And I'm very much not looking forward to the new voices.

The Duskwood worgen and the Karazhan book are why I've wanted a worgen hunter for ages (no, Kalli's not swapping). I will definitely miss the old models.

As for the retcon...as long as the other alliance druid race is gnomes, more power to your petition.

The old models were great and as mentioned before could be used to tell the difference between the Gilnean Worgens and those summoned by Elune's Staff and/or created by Arugal.
