Hell-Hoot (Dark Brown Owl)

Hello everyone! While cruising through Winterspring on the Beta looking to find a chimera, I found this quest mob instead; Hell-hoot. At first I thought it may be a rare, but a yellow "!" was on its nameplate and it spawns very fast after killing, so it must be for a quest.
Good news is that the only other Dark Brown Owl model is in Sethekk Halls, and this one is indeed labeled as a bird of prey. It is level 53, so you can obtain it without much bother at all.
