Mount Speeds

So I found a macro to record the mount speeds. This is what I got.
With BM 10% mount speed bonus I get 451% on my violet drake, Touring rocket.
Taxi 432%
Ground mounts are 220%
On marks with out the speed buff
Ground Mount's 200%
Violet drake 409%
Red Drake 280%
Taxi 430%
So it seems it's having problems with the BM speed buff and is giving a extra 10% more then it should.
