I'm so confused... Why couldn't you use Teigan?

Have you tried calling them? I generally find I get more help if I'm actually talking to the person...

I *think* she had the name Teigan on the new realm reserved, and forgot to delete it before moving the real Teigan character over, so she couldn't use the name right away.

Agh, that must be frustrating Teigs, but...well, we all call you Teigs anyways, at least you're not stuck with some horrible placeholder name. You'll get it eventually. ^^
