So I've been working a bit on a ModelHack (Basically I switch one in-game model for another), and decided to use the bloodqueen model, the boss Lana'Thel from ICC.

So please select the sig you like most, I've not yet thought of any text to put in the sig, so please leave some suggestions for that too.

EDIT: I know, the Lanathel one is a bit big, and not really well thought out. It's an early draft, and I'd need some cool text to really find out how to pose them.

I like your current one the best the other one is .. to big for me and also not as well put together imo.... not ment as a bad critic i just have different taste i guess

If the Blood Queen sig gets selected I'll of course make it really good.

reguardless of the vote, I think Bloodqueen is an awesome in-game model and if you wanna do something cool with it, go ahead! keep working on it.

I've heard of Model Hacking, but can't Blizzard freeze your account permanently if you're caught doing that? In the past people have changed models like making mining nodes into Ragnaros so they can see them from far away.

Just be cautious. ^^;

Either way I have two other accounts, so no worries here.

I think i like your current one better. But I may be wrong let see how you'd finished it look better ot not

There was a lot of controversy a while back with some druid skins created to hack the models (before we got the new skins). I was sorely tempted by them, but people were in fact getting banned for using it. It's against the ToS or EULA (not sure which), iirc.

I had these for months, and I did'nt receive as much as an warning.

You might just be lucky then. Still, Sarayana is correct and using Model Hacks is against the ToS so be careful. It's definitely a bannable offense.

I'm still not worried, it's one kilobyte of information that I'm swapping around.

Heh, okies, I thought I'd mention it also for the benefit of others just in case they weren't aware of the risk.

Anyway, like you said, you're not instructing anyone in how to do it, and it's been made clear that it's against the TOS, so *shrug* I just hope you don't suddenly do get caught in the ban-net.

The only reason they originally banned model editing was because it got used as an extort.

Aye, tough I'm still a wee unsure of why. It's not really support, I thought it belonged better in ye' olde' art forum. Plus, I really wanteda topic in there... Ah well...

We really need to figure out what goes where better. I had envisioned the art forum being for roleplay-y type stuff -- creative writing and fan art. I hadn't figured on how interesting the avatar and signature images would be.
