A minor update to the PTR has been made, and it's marked for release. So it's this Tuesday or the next. It's marked as 4.0.1 still.

So this also means we won't see the full spec balancing until Cata hits, since beta is at 4.0.3, and they have internal builds past that.

For this final ptr version, they buffed aimed shot a bit and reduced the focus fire cool down.

Yeah. This week or next week.

Here's hoping it's not. The new raid lockout system is going to royally screw with raiding, and I'd like at least one more week of normalcy before the new lockouts send everything to Hades.
