Yeah, this mob has four skins, as seen below. I love them all! All of these shots were taken with a single freshly-tamed scarab.

Woah, they are all so pretty. The red one is my favourite, but I like the more realistic scarab markings on the other three. I might just have to pick this one up Thanks for sharing!

This might have been answered elsewhere but... are there any non-changing beetles? I really like the second one (the lighter blue) but I'm not keen on the changing.

Yes, but only the old silithid tank beetles, not any of the new Uldum beetles. So far, these scarabs are the only ones I've found. And I totally agree, I don't like color-changers very much. =| I wish they'd stick to one color so that I could get used to it!

Bah, I want the scarab skin. Once I tame one of these, I'll be continuously mounting/dismounting until it pops out as light blue.

First and last skin for me.

The dark blue/purple one is my favourite. I hope they stabilize the colours in the future, I might be tempted to keep one if so.

Yeah hopefully they'll fix that. They're all awesome skins. Unfortunately it's the only source of most of those skins so people can't just choose the colour they want. Other than that, only the Tanaris and Thousand Needles beetles (teal, purple, tan) are currently tameable.

Oh wow, I really love those ornate scarab looks. I'm a little hard pressed to choose a favourite to tell the truth. Although a quick look in the model viewer shows this lovelly teal blue colour that I'd jsut kill to own :3

Alhough I prefer the light blue one I agree, I only dislike the red one. Unfortunately that's one of the colours it changes to.

I might like the red one more if it had different stripe colours, but right now it just makes me think of a giant Christmas ornament. x)

The red one is the only one I really like.

Meh. I'm a big fan of dark, muted colours. I can't for the life of me understand how people can like garish, colorful stuff. xD

I really like the purple scarab the best. /pats it
