I know I just joined up Petopians - Horde on Nesingwary yesterday, but I had an idea for something fun that us lowbie hunters can do next week when the stables expand. How about we go on a lowbie safari, and get together to tame some of the rare spawns (and any other lowbie pets you want) out in the Starter zones, the Barrens, Silverpine, etc? I think that would be fun!

Non-lowbie guildies are, of course, welcome to come along (especially those with freezing traps )

So, anyone up to that?

I'll be up for that! I have a 13 troll hunter, a 10 blood elf hunter, and hopefully soon another troll and a Tauren, all with pet themes.

I won't be much help but I think this Would be totally fun!

That's a great idea. I'll definitely try to be there if I'm available to play. Aoani's stables are full until Cata, but I do have a freezing trap, I can afford some booze (and also picked up the perma-drunk goggles before brewfest ended! ), and I'm up for a good time.

How about Wednesday, October 13, at around 7:00 pm server time then? That will give us plenty of time for people to get home from work/school/etc, and to play with our non-lowbie Hunters and their new stables first.

I love this idea! I'm sure I can get my newbie troll hunter (making her the moment 4.0.1 comes out) to 10 so I can join in.

What time zone is Nesingwary in? I usually never pay attention to these things, but with a toddler that needs his regular bed time routine, I can't commit to anything before 9 Eastern.

Just so everyone knows, I went ahead and put it on the calendar, I'm not sure how to invite everyone or if i could lol.. but it's there.

It's always fun to go over to the Draenei starting area. They've got the only low level moths(including the royal blue one) as well as those creepy spiders. The night elves are also the only people to have owls below level 50 something.

Or we could go tame a bunch o' daggercap hawks.

Not sure if I'll be taming anything myself, since I'm not sure if she'll be staying when cataclysm hits, but it'll be fun none-the-less

It figures...

I just logged on to Nesingwary, then my game decides to freeze up on me. Whatever it is, it's affecting all my characters on all my realms. I can get into the game fine, choose my character, but the loading screen's freezing up.

I'll give it about half an hour. I really hope this doesn't screw up the safari for me
