Yup, I'm talking about Druid Seal form. The mutated manatee gone horribly wrong. Its bothered me ever since I did that long quest back in the day to get it. So I was thinking we should come up with an idea to fix it! What model could replace it? Or if you like it, would you be mad if it changed?

My first thought was shark, but for a travel model that doesn't attack it seemed illogical Dolphin seems to girly even for me...a girl. I don't think it would appeal to the masses. So the best I could come up with is a swordfish. Its kind of pretty could dart around quickly would be hilarious with ears or bullhorns or even tusks, but I think we could do better. Any ideas?

I personally call it the 'Ugly As Sin' form. ^-^
It would be alright with it staying a seal thing, as long as the ugly factor was toned down.

Am I the only person who likes that form?

I dunno, I thought it was so awesome when I saw it for the first time. There's nothing else like it in game, and it just looked like this wicked, evil seal/manatee.

It would definitely be cool to get something new, but I've never understood the hatred against it. xD

How about a Reef Bull or Reef Cow?

It needs an update. Probably will never get one though.

Turtle form imo. Since the mount increases swim speed...

Oh as much as I love sharks, the seal is fine....It's not that bad they could just tweak it to match the new skins same with travel form.

...But one thing should be made possible that is to be able to walk on land and jumping out of water.

When I read the title, the first thing that came to mind was Princess Theradras in Maraudon... /shudder.

Aquatic Form really doesn't bother me. I like it's movements and it makes me laugh to attack with it. Plus, like Veph said, there's nothing else like it in the game. I would be pissed if they changed it to something that looks identical to a mob, just with a different skin or something. I'd vote for just a seal update, as the animal is fine, but I guess the model is a bit outdated.

I wish we could run around on land with it. xD Well, more like waddle around...that would be awesome.

I have a druid and to be honest i never had problem with his forms,i didn't even bother to change his hair color in order his bear form be lesser pink on Wrath of the Lich King .But if the seal form change consider that videos like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JJw-ZaW2jFk will be lost in oblivion.

I think the seal or sea lion form (whatever it is) is perfect. It does look a little mutated though. Just make it look more like a regular sea lion instead of one that swam through the discharge from a nuclear plant a few too many times.

You know with underwater content, druids could really use a "combat" form for underwater. My vote is Mako.

Think about it though, all of the Druid forms are mammals. A shark wouldn't fit. Maybe a dolphin would but I think the seal is fine. Some seals are vicious predators, for example the Leopard Seal.

I think an otter form would be the best!

Personally, I feel the onyxian mount drake is the worst. But I'm just sour that Blizzard took ony's skin and put it on a regular dragon...

I gotta agree with this. Everything else is a mammal, I think the swim form would be too.

That said, I'd love to see an orca form...like the giant spiked orcas of Northrend

But then again, I didn't really mind the swim form to begin with.
