Neither is better, it all depends on what you prefer playing as.

Warriors use mail up until level 40 (?) and then they wear plate. You use rage to fuel your attacks, which is gained by being in combat, having mobs attack you, and so forth. Keep in mind, that out of combat, it degenerates, and you start a fight with 0 rage if you've just been standing around. There are several talents and abilities to increase your rage regen at the starts of battle and whatnot. They can fulfill dps and tanking roles.

Druids wear leather armor. They're extremely versatile and can heal in Tree of Life form, do ranged dps as Moonkin, melee dps as Cat, and tank as Bear. So, you have a lot of options. Tree and Moonkin both use mana. Cat uses energy, which begins full, and is required to use your special attacks, and constantly regenerates. Bears use rage, like warriors.

So, it's all a matter of preference.

Which is better a Tauren Warrior or Tauren Druid?

You're going to have to elaborate a bit before this can be answered. Are you talking about leveling, or end-game, or raiding?

If you'd like to give healing a shot, but also like ranged dps, or melee, or tanking, then the versitile druid is best. Try to have that versitility in mind or else you're wasting the class's potential. But leveling as one can be frustrating because as feral you're running on a fraction of the buttons the classes you're emulating have. And casting or healing tends you leave you in sub-par gear early on. But rough leveling breaks away by 60 and your chosen spec begins to shine.

Warriors can tank or melee dps. And if that's the limit of your amibitions, then take the warrior. You've have dozens of buttons for each stance and half the challenge of the class is figuring out when to push which.
