I think I may have seen this guy mentioned before, but I am not 100% sure so I'll just post that I found him and if it is new then YAY, and if not... maybe it is new to someone.

I am not sure if it is a unique skin, but probably not...

Found flying around south of Everlook and west of Starfall Village...

Maybe off topic, but I love how mobs can start a quest(like that one) which is shown by the ! on its nameplate.

Also, it looks slightly darker than other models, but I don't know if it's unique.

It's this model and has been previously reported, but it's good to see that he hasn't changed, since we've seen a BUNCH of changes this patch!

Minor correction, he doesn't start a quest... you kill him for a quest.

It is the same model and color as the ones from BC, it just looks a little different because of his size.

Deep down, the childish side of me grins wildly at the name of this bird. Such an equally silly and interesting choice for a mob.

The quest better be because the bird's gone a murderous rampage of killing innocent people it thinks their polluting the area.

But from his name he'd probably would have looked better with the reddish skin.

He shoots fireballs, and I think does some other magey or warlocky things, if that makes you feel any better relating him to his name.
