Any tips on the quickest way to grind this rep for the Skyguard?

On wowwiki it says basically just farm the skettis in terokkar, turn in the scrolls, kill the mini bosses (Gezz too until Cata at least ) rinse, repeat...

That about it? Or is there something potentially easier? I like shortcuts. Thanks for all the tips!

That's exactly it. I know some folks just killed everything in sight, but the more efficient way (though it might not feel it at the time) is to farm shadow dust for elixirs, farm papers for minibosses, and then kill Terokk.

I'd suggest a farming buddy, it definitely helps.

Edit: When killing Terokk, if you don't have someone else tanking, you'll have to put your pet on passive when he goes immune. The idea is then to maneuver your pet (and thus Terokk) to the blue flare, once it drops, so that the immunity drops and you can kill him.

Oh! That's true! I didn't think of it cause it wasn't in-game when I did the grind, but yeah, this way just leave your pet to beat on him until the flare pops up and then use move-to. Excellent idea!!

Do the bombing daily and the quests up in bladesegde aswell.

Will do. I have toshley's transporter, so its pretty easy to get up to BE to do that one (already did prereq in preperation for the Merrymaker achievement)

How long does it take to get Terokk summoned? Great idea about the "MOVE" command. Can you kill Terokk multiple times? Or just one time.

Kill things for Elixir.
Drink Elixir.
While under Elixir kill things to get scrolls
Use scrolls to summon minibosses
After minibosses you can summon Terokk
?
Profit.

While grinding rep is one of the few things we can do left till Cata, I'm honestly waiting until after Cata hits and my guild can start getting up in guild levels so we can get that rep bonus. I'm actually curious if that bonus stacks with the humans Rep bonus (If the humans even still have it, as I haven't done rep grinding on my paladin in AGES) which would definitely make grinding a lot easier. I want more flying mounts then the few drakes and Gryphons I've got >.<

The guild bonus is 10%, but I can't recall what level the guild needs to get to. You also need to be revered with the guild to get your bonuses, if I'm not mistaken. Personally I wouldn't wait cause it's really not a hard grind, but it's up to you. Is your guild big enough to hit the leveling cap every week and level fast? Would you be focusing on this toon to gain rep with the guild?

You can summon Terokk every 15 minutes. And your break-down is spot on.

Well, knowing my current things as far as money and what not goes, I might not be playing Cata til as late as Christmas, depending on when I can actually get the expansion. By that point, at least, the Guild abilities will be available and the guild I have is fairly sizable. Combined with the fact that me and a few other guildies who won't have the expansion right off the bat will be doing guild runs of the older stuff for Guild Achievements as well, I'm fairly certain we could level up our guild fairly quickly.

Also, from what I've seen and heard, Mobile Banking is the only Guild Perk that requires you to have a certain rep to be able to use the ability. It's the special items and mounts that you would want to buy that requires the rep for your guild. From everything else I've seen, you gain those perks for just being in a guild of the appropriate level, meaning you can be in a guild that has the Perk Fast Track Rank 2 (10% Experience Buff) and have it from Lv 1 onwards.

Though if it's as easy as you say it is, I might just go and grind it up, but I tend to get bored easily and prefer the fastest way of doing things. The guild Perks would speed up the grind on my main considerably.

Hey i did this recently on my priest, with a buddy it took me little less than a day. I just did all the quest leading up to killing terro, then repeated the paper farming hand ins and terro killing.

Now +1 cute flying pet and mount
