Just a cute little note--my troll hunter friend abandoned Grubthor before the patch hit. He decided to ticket it, as he simply couldn't find it again. He was honest, explaining that he'd abandoned due to stable slots.

The GM not only restored it, but with a message along the lines of:

"We found your worm wandering The Barrens, eating gnomes, so we thought we'd return him to you."

XD That's awesome!

always loved the gm's with a little rp spirit in them have had a few good ones and a few bad gm's aswell anyway its nice to see some of the greater ones still exsist

I love getting messages from GM's with a little bit of RP in them. Those are the most friendly and helpful types in my opinion. I'll even banter with them in-character and I usually get a laugh or brighten their day. Tech support is often a sad, thankless job and you get treated like crap. So I try to be extra nice to the GM's.

That's awesome. Always nice to hear the stories about caring GM's.

I'd say 80% of the GM's I have talked to over the years have some very cute little RP in their greeting or farewell. It's just wonderful to see that such hardworking and under-appreciated people can still have some fun with their job. ^_^
