Is it tameable or no?

Last I checked, not tameable. They're friendly when you summon them, like Unggoy pointed out.

On PvP servers (can't speak for PvE), you can attack opposing faction worgs. I do not believe they are tameable though.

Damn. i really wish they would be. D: I mean the jormungars are so why not them too?

The worgs are technically guardian-type "pets" that belong to the player who summoned them and, in fact, have a faction (alliance/horde). The worms are just out there in the wild, as it were.

I still never understood that, really. They should make them neutral mobs and tameable or atleast put a rare spawn somewhere like that.

Well, it'd be nice for hunters, but I think sometimes Blizzard gets to the point of "okay, we want to make something awesome-looking and have that be it. NO TAMING!" Kinda like the spirit wolves....not to open that can of worms again, but it's the idea that they were originally just there for the sake of unique eye candy.
