WoW Petopia Community

So when you're not on WoW, what game could you be most likely found playing?



I myself have been mainly playing Bioshock and Oblivion when I've not been in the mood to hop on WoW.
(I'm also an Oblivion mod addict. Just can't help downloading more and more. xD)

So what about you folks?

Hmm.. when I'm not on WoW, I'd either be messing around with Spore Creature Creator, playing God of War 2 on PS2 (which I haven't done in a LONG time), or playing Diablo II.

I actually haven't played any game other than WoW in so long, I find it a little hard to get back into console games.

I chose "other" for my *favorite* game, because I have a few. Yoshi's Island for Super Nintendo will always be one of my all time favorites; my sister and I got 100 for every level of it. I also love Donkey Kong Country for SNES. Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for N64.. or Zelda: A Link to the Past on SNES.. Zelda: The Wind Waker for Gamecube... I adore Chrono Trigger, but I don't own a real copy of it, just a Rom.

I really enjoyed Drakan for PS2. The Super Smash Bros. series is another one of my favorites..

I can't really choose an all time best, though. ^_^;;

If I'm not on WoW I'll probably be watching anime.

I don't really play other games anymore, I love WoW too much. ^^

Just kidding, I'd have to say the only other game I play is pokemon on DS, and that's only once in a blue moon.

I actually own an Xbox 360 and Wii, but never play on them. Well, I use the Xbox as a dvd player mostly. xD

My favourite thing to do is reading a good novel in bed, with a cup of tea at my side.

A bit of Civilization IV, some SC4 and probably a bit of Bioshock when I find the time for it.

All on the PC of course. When you spend as much money on a computer as I have, it's not just as simple as "buy xbox nab". Tough my friends are pushing me...

Anyhow Zang, is the community as "immature" as it was a few years ago? Tried it out on my friends Xbox, and couldn't stand it. If the community has "grown up" I might actually consider buying an Xbox, just to play with my friends.

Gears of War 2, Halo 3 (Only with my mates in forge; we just make maps and kill eachother), i sometimes play Brutal Legend and Darksiders, but my Xbox is broken atm. I sometimes play AoE2 and Spore, i'm planning on getting Warcraft too. There are tons of other games aswell, but it's late and my parents refuse to get off my case to do this work which is just slowing me down even more...

Now there's a game I haven't played in a long long time! I remember spending a year to complete it when I first got it.
One of my all time favorites as well. I just play more PC games and anything now.
I remember being stuck on the Super Virage boss fight on disk 4 for ages. I even had to take a break for a week or so then come back when I felt ready to beat the darn thing. lol

I mostly play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite on my psp.....fun game......even though I suck at some of the quests I have XD

Shadow of the Colossus on the PS2 (never gets old), or right now I'm working through the first Spyro the Dragon game for the PS1. It's either those or Pokemon Diamond/Phoenix Wright on the DS. I have the Orange Box, but I've only completed Portal; my computer hates TF2 (I suck at it but it's so fun! Sniper for the win) and I haven't tried Half-Life 2 yet.

I've gotten addicted to Pikman 2 on GC and a PC game called World of Goo.

What would I do with a console when I got no TV?

I really like the stealth shooters. You are not just running from A to B and have your gun spit out more bullets in one level than whole World War 2 used up. You have to be clever, silent and still get enough brutality, blood and gore.

And I really like games that, when played in a dark room, make you feel anxious and scared. Yep, I do love Zombies!

Ooh, I forgot to mention Shadow of the Colossus. What a beautiful, emotional game. I think it was the first game where I was literally in awe of a boss. I loved the solitary feeling of it, too.. so well made.

Now that Kara mentions stealth shooters, I come to think of Crysis. The most fun you can have is to stealth up behind an enemy, quickly switch to Strength mode, picking him up and tossing him at other enemies.
