Despite me saying I should not tame one, I got myself a cat (look up the brownish-back cat on Petopia.)

Basically, the name I seek should fit lore, but in a different way. You see, My character is a Blood Elf, but I see her as a tomboyish rogue bounty hunter type rather than a Farstrider or something like that.

Thus comes the toss up: Should I go the way of the big game hunters and have a name like "Lunchbox," or should I go with a dark, lurid name like "Gorepaw" or something?

Only name I could think of, but I thought it might appeal.

The names so far seem kinda like names for lynxes, but Smoldermane does make me think of new possibilities.

Do be aware that Nightstalkers aren't necessarily bright.

You mentioned brownish but the cat known as a nightstalker is a black based tiger. Oo maybe just post a picture of the pet?

Melanin is the black/brown pigment that causes skin/fur/scales/etc. to be dark. So maybe something like Melanos? Or maybe just Mel? That has kind of a tomboyish sound to it, I think.
