So anything happening to this guy? I mean hes in the barrens side thats getting quite changed and appart from the spawned ones in ST he is the only red windserpent.

As far as I know that skin is available elsewhere now anyway. It was somewhere far back on this forum.

Nobody seems to have been able to find him on Beta, so most likely he's gone - at least from his current spawn point. But yes, you'll be able to tame red wind serpents in Swamp of Sorrows at level 52.
