Found this last night when I was really sleepy, thought this was funny.

Haha, I love that NPC. ^^ If you kill Ghosthowl and complete the quest with him you can get Skorn's Rifle (which I keep in my bank). x)

Once you complete the quest, go back and talk to him some time. He says something like "You killed Ghost Howl! You're a stud!"

I heard about this in trade. Someone said u get this special quest so you can use weapons you couldn't before.
