Whee! I decided to make an account on this great board after using it for pet info for some time now. Hi everybody! *wavity wave*

I also want to tell you what happened today! I was going to help my friend kill the elite Lich in Sholazar, for the Wolvar-Oracle quest. On my way there I saw Loque. I already had Loque, and while I need him for Frostbitten I just couldn't bring myself to kill the kitty. So I poked the hunters in the zone but nobody responded, and the one who did wasn't interested. So I did a quick /who and whispered the first hunter of level. As it turned out, he had been looking for Loque for ages now, and rushed to the Basin. I was really nervous someone will kill Loque'nahak, but fortunately the hunter made it in time and got his pet. He was very grateful.
I know that Loque'nahak is just a pixel animal, but it felt so nice to find him a good home. If being a hunter has taught me anything, it's how important rare spawns can be to someone!

I hope I didn't bore you to death with this story, but I figured I'd share it. It's always nice to help another hunter out.

Sorry for bad English btw, not a native speaker

It's super gratifying to help a hunter tame a rare spawn they've been after. I haven't had the opportunity to do it much, but it always excites me to think that they get to have that rush of "OMGTHEREHEISWHERESMYFREEZINGTRAPOHGODAGGRONODONTDOTOOMUCHDAMAGEPLEASEDONTDIE!!!"

I've no idea what that's like, of course.

I've been searching for Loque for months. Had a group help me before but no luck.
Sat in SB for 17 hours in shifts and we all (for some reason) took a break for 5 mins. Next thing I hear when I come back is my npcscan freaking out. I look down and a troll has a new pet... Loque'Nahak.... I talk to him on one of my horde toons and we have a long conversation about when he got it, where, etc. Then he asked me.... several questions...about playing a hunter... This guy had no idea what he was doing. I mean... come on... he was wearing cloth gear and complained that he couldnt find the mace trainer >_<
This guy didn't work for it. Didn't earn it... Doesn't even know how to use it!.... He was using MELEE attacks for crying out loud!
/facepalm /palm /palm . . . etc.
There have been 3 times where I was taming loque and someone ran up and killed him while in progress. wtf? can I really have no luck with this thing??
At least I have Aotona -_-
who I was going to kill in the beginning..... and I've never actually used him....
But anyways. I just caught my oily wolf =S if that's any consolation.
It's just sad that I leveled my hunter specifically because I wanted to tame loque... "You don't find Loque.. Loque finds YOU..."
/endrant. lol
Suggestions?

Wow. I forgot about this, but I found him in... January? The day I was going to quit, I logged into my hunter and took the left side of SB up to Icecrown, heard NPCscan blare and I almost fell to the ground to find him. Couldn't even find the tame button. Finally grabbed him and was content with life. Quit the game that day. lol. I still love my hunter as much as, if not more than, my druid.
