I was running around Dal today when I saw someone riding this classic beauty. I never thought I'd see one in person.....

There's one on Earthen Ring, but I've only seen her once. It's a really cool thing, though.

I see the one on Wyrmrest from time to time - the owner is out and about all of the time, it seems.

Wow you don't see those evry day. I've seen maybe one or two people riding around on one on Fizzcrank.
I just wish they would make the red one (the feat of strength one from AQ40) able to be used out of the instance. :(
The drop rate of the thing is even close(ish) to that of Deathcharger after all..


Either way I love it when I see people on the black Qiraji tank. It's one of my favorites. :)
Like seeing people ride around on the old unarmored epics. (In other words.. I wish I had been able to snag one for myself at the time. lol xD)

Wow, that persons been around for quite awhile then. I believe only ONE person (Either per faction or per server) could do that during the AQ opening events. They are indeed, quite rare and beautiful.

I thought it was you were given an allotted amount of time after the first person rings the gong, in order to obtain the mount? I didn't play back then, but I remember reading that somewhere.

In any case, I've never once seen one on my server; so the people with them choose not to use it, or they don't play anymore :<

There it is. I was right. It was only available during the AQ opening event. Though I think only ONE person could get it.

Yes, I know it was only available during the AQ event. Wowhead claims that if you banged the gong within 10 hours of the first person, you still got the mount. http://www.wowhead.com/?item=21176#comments

No, everyone that was on that step of the quest chain and online within twelve hours of opening the gates got the mount.

There's one out and about on Ysera-US from time to time. But not many on there have it, the opening event was ninja'd right before realms went down for Tuesday maintenance... gj guys. >_<

There's one on Terenas too, meaning we arn't as lame as everyone thinks we are! xD

I envy the people who got it though, the jump animation it has is cute. :c

I never saw one in my server, the rarest thing i saw is a Grand Crusader

The one on "Die nachtwache" was stolen by an idiot from UK.

We had an event planned, everyone was looking forward to the opening and then...
Some guy transferred to our realm, opened AQ and transferred back.

That's it. End of story.

I've seen one draenei with it on Grizzly Hills US. I believe the gates were closed and could be reopened with the launch of BC, a mistake on Blizz's part.

Some realms had their gates closed at the launch of WOTLK.
