Hello my fellow hunter friends.

I have now been searching for loque'nahak for many a day and yesterday she was within my grasp when a tauren hunter came in and just tamed him infront of me my cursor just got on to tame beast when he took her


I've also been searching for a long time today and will well into the night and early morning i want her that bad.



so the reason im posting is, "Does anyone have anyone have any tips on how i can tame this magnificent beast, times of most common spawns most common place to spawn etc."

u know his spawn time now. "thought it was 6 hours."i had some friends when i first saw him...dead, 6 hours later i was right. but an accidently passing by hunter tamed him i congratulated him, and after that i tamed him 12 hours later.

get some friends to fly by if you know the spawn time ^^ otherwise i'd be realy timestealing

I'd park and ask around if anyone's seen him, etc. Bring buddies if you can. I've found his spawn time TENDS to be 6-8 hours, but that whole no more than 2-3 rares up in Northrend can delay him and it can only take moments for a tame/kill and skin can really throw you.

I sat on the gorilla site for days and days and days and I wouldnt leave (tamed Krush, the other love of my life sitting there tho LOL)

The last day in the basin cause I said I'd quit, I did a fly around at 9:40 and at 9:44 tamed him behind the base camp along the wall. A week later I started the same routine on my hubby's hunter (he was sooo green and wanted Loque sooo bad) I sat the gorillas, did fly arounds every so often on the 10's and at 3:40pm snagged the elusive kitty for my beloved at the northern spawn site.

NPC scan is a must and the overlay is very helpful also.

I've tamed Loque'nahak twice and seen him 4 times thus far.

3 out of 4 times - He spawned in the north gorilla spot. Once I found him in the South gorilla spot.

His spawn time can sometimes take up to 16 hours. Prepare for a heck of a camp.

I have been in SB for nearly 3 weeks now,8 of those days straight when i was on holidays... i have only seen Loque'nahak dead once,im not gonna give up but its starting to take its toll on me,i just started this spirit beast obsession recently,Skoll was my first target and i got him in 3 days,than i decided to get the hard ones out of the way (Loque'nahak).... so yeh im still here camping away, i use to fly around for 6-8 hours straight but right now i usually just leave it in the background waiting for npc to go off while i watch a movie or surf the net or something.He is definately not easy lol.Sorry for the rant

I've found him once at each gorilla spawn point, as well as once at the northernmost spawn point where the Goretalon Matriarch is, and once a little above the river Shango patrols below. I hear he's most commonly found by the gorillas. If you see him tamed or killed, I advise taking a break/nap for six hours and starting your camp back up after that. Other than that... well, just have patience, I suppose. Sholazar rares are incredibly difficult to find on purpose because there's so much competition, but he's well worth your time, in my opinion.
