New Minipets! - *Now Available*

The Pet Store is about to go plush! Introducing the Wind Rider Cub and Gryphon Hatchling, the first in a new line of cuddly, crafty critters scheduled to arrive exclusively in the online Blizzard Store in the weeks ahead. Each plush companion will come with a code for a matching in-game, non-combat, account-bound pet to fly by your side in Azeroth. Both Horde and Alliance players will be able to adopt either pet once they hatch in the online Blizzard Store. Keep your eyes on the sky -- and the official World of Warcraft website -- for more information.
I've been waiting for the Wind Rider Cub ever since I saw the pictures on MMO Champion! And they come with Plushies! /Squeal!

The Cub in this picture has no wings, but it's just the basic body model, and wings will be on the actual pet.

Ahh I just read this on WoW Insider.
I'M SO EXCITED! I love the Wind Rider cub.
I know I'll eventually have to buy the Gryphon too....maybe I'll give the plush to my nephews or something. I just need the minipet for my collection. ;D

I never really liked the look of the Wind Riders myself, so when I first saw a link to the two pets pictures, I was like: "Aw, they're faction based pets? The Gryphon will be so much better! I hate the Wind Riders, and it's probably the only one of the two I can get!" Then, I actually looked at the pictures, and that Cub is so fekktig adorable! And the Gryphon is a big-headed weirdo. I was so pleasently surprised! I'm for sure getting the Cub, and I'll probably get the Hatchling too, but just because I'm a minipet junkie.

I hear you! I had to move my stuffed rhino and plush snail out of the way today to clean. For the moment they are up on the top of the bookshelf with the plush bat and pink flamingo.
I will definitely be getting these.
(And I'm moving this into the Game News forum so I don't have to post about it myself.

Oh lawd, I just found another reason to start playing Lazona again :O
That Wind Rider Cub is freakin' ADORABLE. That's probably gonna find a home on our plushie shelf (and possibly get dragged to a BlizzCon/AVCon perhaps).
Well, hubby bought Lil' KT and the Pandaran Monk for himself...he can get me two of those cubs to subsidise the promise he made to get me KT/Monk too (he lied XD).

Oh no! lol I like the plushi of the griffin, but the mini pet of the wind rider. I'll probably get them both if they aren't crazy overpriced. Yay this is great news though I hope they put out a moonkin and it looks like these pets might have cool idle animations.

I'm so excited about this, you have no idea! That wyvern pet is the cutest thing i've seen, and i'll have to get it. <3

I check the price on that Wyvern. I'd LOVE that plushie and the pet. <3

Totaly agree!
The only thing is I knoticed the in-game pet has very "brown" coloured teeth 
, darker than it's light fur even.
Compared to an adult one who clearly knows how to brush it's fangs, it must be a cub thing

Finally! I read the news as soon I got in just now! Very excited! I'm 29 but still love my plushies lol. I hope to get both, though the Windrider is my <3
