me personaly i want to see more of the gem/metal looking pets be added to the game like the one thats always sleeping in stormpeaks. personaly i want one in blue.

Similar to the shale spiders? They're rock/gem, but close enough, hehe.

If they make those rock worms tamable, that's another. Would be nice really.

Personally I want to see more buff looking ravagers. Noticed in Cata we get several new colors, but they're all skinny. /sad

More sporebats! They're the smallest family of them all currently. There's absolutely no reason whatsoever to add more sporebat colors, but it's still something I'd like to see.

More black, white, metallic/shiny, and aqua/blue-green critters! I like stark patterns of black and white, I like shiny things (that black wasp is GORGEOUS), and I love blue-green and/or aqua shades. The silvery scorpid with the blue-green? One of my favorite color patterns! And the pretty green scorpids! Likewise with the white serpent which has three of four of my favorite things (shiny, white, and blue-green)!

MOAR WIND SERPENTS. Crockolisks and silithids are nice too.

I'd love to see a new Bat model with some additional skins. I love them as animals, but their in-game models fall horrendously flat. Many of the pet families have varying models/types within the family itself, so I don't see why in the future some of the neglected ones could have a few updated models thrown into their mix.

And maybe more hawk-like birds.

I would like to see more aged pet skins that show off how old the animal is.
Like how Ghamoo-Ra got changed to this older looking sea turtle skin in the patch.

Either that or fur/scale/skin (etc) color mutations for select rare mobs. Like a King Cheetah skin for say.. Dishu or some new rare cheetah mob.

I would love to see more bats, only 4 skins right now, all kinda ugly. I think theyre should be fruit bats, cuz they're so cool looking IRL.
More bears too. They all look the exact same, with boring colors, and the only real variety is that a few have bones showing. It would be awesome to see some more exotic looking bears like the druid forms for trolls or worgen
I think ther should be more chimera and devilsaurs to choose from as well.
And I second the view of more metallic/gem based animals

Skeletal Windserpent (Tharon'Ja, Avatar of Hakkar)
Snakeman (Prophet of Sseratus, dude in Gun'Drak)
Smaller Nerubians (Winged Spiders, small crawly ones, etc)
More dragon hybrids like Chromaggus (Imagine Bears with dragon features. EAGLES WITH DRAGON FEATURES.)

I'd like to see more skins for bats, for reasons much like Vephriel touched on. Sporebats can also use some lovin'. I think the chimera family needs a lot more variation, especially for the old world sort. Besides, there are a bunch of unused models for them that are just beautiful!

As for new models, I, too, would love to see the nerubian spider-bat model tamable. I've always loved them and their scary screeching.

I really like that idea, as long as it's on a different mob. Dishu has been my troll hunter's beloved jaguar Nalini since level 13, and it would be terrible to see her change into something I can't even pretend isn't a cheetah. XD King Cheetahs are amazing, though. Love 'em, love 'em.

For myself, well, what I really wanted to see has already been implemented. Warp stalkers, woo! But if I had to choose some things, I'd say an updated bat model, that really awesome unused sporebat model... maybe some new skins for silithids, devilsaurs and chimeras, since I love them all but they only have four colors each.

Snails! They're tiny and strangely adorable in all sort of colors.

Primarily, I want to see the unused-but-existing skins (White Chimera, Blue Bear, Spectral Owl, Gem Crabs) used for existing rares in-game. Easiest, and most realistic request.

Second, I'd like (pipe dream) small Dragon/Proro-Dragon Whelps (scaled to appropriate size of course).

Third, moar spirit beats. Serpent. Devilsaur. Gorilla. Vulture.

^ This. I was just thinking this same thing last night as I wandered through EPL looking for elemental rifts... their wings could stand to be better articulated rather than looking like a couple sheets of cardboard.
