Best leveling spec currently?

I'm about to start a hunter and am curious what the best spec would be. I sort-of want to avoid beastmastery, but will choose if it it's really leaps ahead of the other specs like it was pre 4.0. How does Surv and Marksman work out?

I have two lowbie hunters as Survivalists, and I think this just might be the best spec to level with after 4.0.3a. Explosive shot at level 10 is quite handy, and considering that unless something drastically changes, we don't get exotic beasts until level 69 anyway, the extra dps at lower levels is probably an advantage.
You don't really have to choose though after lvl 40. Dual spec is a lot cheaper now, so pick your two favourite speccs and have fun!

As I've found, while most classes have a 'best' levelling spec, it isn't ever a huge difference. I can level any toon of mine (I have about every class but a warrior/rogue) with any spec I want. A few exceptions are levelling as a healing spec, but even then, with all the SP on 'healing' gear at those levels, just throwing offensive spells around should work fine.
