Obsidian Sanctum Drakes..?

I'd heard these were being made 1% drop chances with this patch but I didn't see anything about it in the patch notes that I recall. Can anyone confirm/deny?

No if I remember right the
ONLY mounts touched were Invincible, Mimron's Head or whatever, everything else has remained untouched- outside of the retired mounts.

I heard it was dropped to 50%, not 1%.

As the attempt-based tribute system is being removed from Heroic Trial of the Crusader, the Argent Crusade Tribute Chest will no longer spawn, and these mounts will no longer be obtainable
Reins of the Blue Drake
This mount will once again be available from defeating 10-player Malygos without needing to use the Dungeon Finder. The Reins of the Azure Drake will only be available on 25-player Malygos.
Mimiron's Head
This mount will change to be a very low drop chance when defeating 25-player Yogg'Saron with no Keepers assisting you
Invincible
This mount will change to be a very low drop chance when defeating Heroic 25-player Lich King
Although we have no current plans to introduce new ways to obtain the Zul'Gurub mounts, pets, and the tribute mounts, they may return should we find a place where they fit in the future.
None of the drakes were changed. Outside of the blue drake being removed from Occulus, which is wonderful! Half the time whenever it cropped up that's the only reason the WHOLE group didn't go 'fuck this' and leave. /sigh.

It doesnt say the blue drake was removed. It just says you can get it through 10man as well.

Um, yes it did say it was removed from LFG- IE Occulus.
Reins of the Blue Drake

It was removed from Occulus- which was pretty much, as I said, the only thing that kept most Occ runs from not falling apart within 15 seconds.
But back on topic as shown OSDrakes are untouched.

Reins of the Blue Drake
This mount will once again be available from defeating 10-player Malygos without needing to use the Dungeon Finder.
Needing, here, is the key word. I believe it's saying that it is once again available from Maly 10, so that if someone, for whatever reason, doesn't use the DF tool, they can still get the mount.

Thats my impression of it. It doesnt say it was removed. Just said the mount is also available elsewhere. I put in a ticket to a GM to have them clarify.

You're ignoring the fact that blizz put the drake in Occ originally to encourage people to keep putting up with such a faffy, poorly designed and poorly executed dungeon.
Also, Maly Ten? People doing it? Sorry but everyone on hellscream is to busy farming ICC like it's the end of the world. And ofc you're going against 9 other people if it does drop :/

The way you describe Occulus sounds like you just didnt understand how to work the drakes. That dungeon was so simple even before they nerfed it to death. Not Blizzard's fault when people can't understand how to work the drakes despite the instructions are quite clear.
