WoW Petopia Community

Okay, tonight I saw on Petopia that the Diseased Hawk was tamable if you do the "A different approach" quest. So I looked up that quest on Wowhead, and found that it comes from a blood elf in Freewind Post. So I went there, but of course it's overrun by Grimtotems and all of the former NPCs are gone.

I've looked for more information here, at wowhead, at mmo champ, and through good old Google, to no avail.

Sorry if this is a silly question, and thank you all ahead of time.

EDIT: The questline starts here. To clarify, there are actually two quests named "A Different Approach". I think Wowhead has a lot of purging to do in terms of removed quests, NPCs, etc.

On a side note, once a diseased hawk has been tamed; every time you click on Zen'Kiki he'll fire wrath at the tamed bird instead of the ones circling overhead. I had to dismiss my shiny new skelly bird and call my bear to finish the quest.

Yha if it has ANTHING to do with pets in wow...or hell anywhere (bt mostly wow) were your place. We have had people ask "Hey does this worm look to Phalic to you" and that was an on topic question

Eurgh, Poeria and I had that happening too when we were taming ours on the PTR! My troll kept attacking her bird. >_< She had to call down a second one for me to tame.
