Do I remember wrong when I think my Skoll (named Ururun btw) did howl some time ago, stretching his neck back and lifting his head towards the skies? Now he just waves his tail... Tell me if you are any wiser about the fate of non-howling Skolls. Thank you.

I'm quite certain the howl used to be part of his idle animations, though it didn't go off as often as the others. Did you wait around for a long time? It could have just not gone off for a long period.
