~ Olm the Wise ~

Not sure if this was intended or what the deal is. Could not find any info on it so maybe all my hunter friends here can help. I have had Olm since Vanilla WoW.. I logged in yesterday to check all my pets and such and found Olm is no longer white but is now the color of the owls in the NE starting area which makes me on sad hunter =( Anyone else find their white owl is no longer white?

I dashed to get Olm BECAUSE he was unique (The CC thing) and white, I thought being a totally different ID he'd stay put :/

I am so bummed... I have had Gabbi for so long and she just isn't Gabbi anymore =(

I have him tamed and he still is white so no, he didnt transform at all.

I think that what you had wasn't Olm The Wise, Gabbi, but one of the Winterspring owls. When I took Olm out and checked him, he's as white as ever.

Just checked my Olm and yeah he's white. Had a heart attack there as was watching Mania's altr ego for Ryai just now so couldn't check him.

Sorry to say but it was Olm I tamed way way back.. I remember because it took be a bit to figure out that I had to go to "war" with CC in order to tame him. He was my second pet in the game. I got him as soon as I hit the level req for him. I knew I could have waited it out and picked up a screecher in WS at 55ish but I wanted that named one in the worst way.

If you wanted to give your character's name I could look on the Armory source code and see what mob you tamed for sure.
I think it must have been a Winterspring owl. They were changed to the Grey colour, but no one else who has Olm had him change. He's still white.

I'm gonna have to agree with Veph. No ones Olm changed. Yours changing indicates it wasnt Olm.
