I'm looking to give a loved one a valentines gift in game, but i'm not sure what to pick, and I don't have a huge amount of gold.

Any advice?

Umm......maybe some of the pastries from Dalaran? A minipet?

I don't celebrate Valentines Day so I'm not too sure.

If the loved one plays a female character, I'd suggest a dress. Otherwise, maybe some roses? Oh, or maybe a ring -- I have a Tarnished Silver Ring and I love it.

Those are all pretty stereotypical, though.

Hmm.... She collects minipets, but I've already bought her most of the ones you can get from the AH....

I know! I'll spend the weekend trying for a firefly, she'd appreciate that. Thanks for giving me the idea Veph.

If that fails though, I'll just give her a bouquet of roses, like you suggested Mania, and set up a picnic somewhere. I don't really celebrate valentines, I just find it quirky and fun to do so in game.

Oh, the floating islands in Nagrand are beautiful and you can find a nice one with a waterfall to have a picnic by or shady tree to have a picnic under. ^_^
