Yup. They changed my gorgeous, red skinned hyena to this God-awful looking mastiff mix looking thing. I want my hyena back. I did NOT go into SM way back in the level 30's to tame this front heavy dog. I went after a red hyena. Just because they change the mobs in SM, I really am livid it affected the animal I had tamed eons ago. PFFFFT.

Go and tame yourself Slaverjaw. He's a rare in Tanaris with a static spawn point. Not terribly hard to find it, and likewise him.

Happily there is still a tamable red hyena out there.

over the past 3 days camping for Deathwing, i've seen slaverjaw 3 times. killed him the 1st time cuz no hunters around. 2nd time gave him away, 3rd time (today) notified a hunter but he was killed shortly after.

Yeah, Some slobbery hound chased Nanaki from the stables during the Cataclysm, luckely I dound him hanging out in Tanaris. We'd often goe there just to chill in the sun, so it was the first place I looked!

Red Hyena found him over between 4 large bones near the southern ruins.

ya the same thing happened to mu lovely white widow spider. she got turned into a ugly green tarantula, had to go retame her from someplace else

Yup...it was a very cruel trick and it happened to me as well.

I've got my baby back though. Slaverjaw seems to spawn with relative frequency, so you should have no problem getting him!

I didn't know about Slaverjaw! I thought I was going to have to wait until I could get to Uldum to get another. Cool.
