so.... I love love love my new warpy, the Gezz skin <3 she is much love my Mirai

this is the build I'm thinking of useing, most are obvious picks, lionhearted is mostly to let me get to last teir, thunder stomp does extra dmg and with MD plus a nice tank [ I run randoms with guildys anyway] the threat it creates doesn't matter really, I skipped guard dog since growl will be off, so I'll simply have to mend pet/ carry extra food about which I do anyway

I wanna use her more often but I want a build that gives more dps, what would you use?

only thing about thunderstomp is that its an aoe. cata is gonna be a lot more like vanilla WoW and tBC. CC > aoe

i know there for tanking, but I want to use my warpy anyway, hence this thread.

yha I did think about that, but if tanks pull groups right I shouldn't have to worry, plus I keep it on my pet bar so it's easily toggleable

Then explain to me why the only replacement to the kings/MotW buff is found on a Tenacity pet (the LW drums are a weaker version, unsurprisingly).

As for the spec (the one originally posted), you've gotten every definitive DPS increase you can, so little to no room for improvement

all Cunning, Ferocity and Tenacity pets now have identical bonuses.

* +5% Health
* +5% Armor
* +5% Damage

The real difference is going to be that a ferocity pet has Spider's Bite, Call of the Wild, Rabid, and Shark Attack, which -will- lead to a hefty DPS difference.

You'll never get equivalent DPS out of a tenacity pet ... but unless you're a minmaxer, or care about being #1 DPS, run with whatever you like most. 8D

Numberswise cunning pets and ferocity pets are strong raiding pets. Someone here posted the number crunching on it, but I can't find the post now.

That looks good for your warpstalker. One of my guildies brings her bear pretty much everything except progression.

May be 'cos they r tenacity pets?

They wasn't design for "top dps chart".
Of course you can use it as a dps pet, or just as a companion - its all up to you :O)
