I saw someone with the Hurahan wasp called "Reallybigbee"

I think part of me died inside.....cause shes not a bee....she's a wasp...and seriously....uncreative name FTL....

I didn't say anything to them......even though I wanted to....so very bad.

What if there's a story behind it? I could easily see someone's young child crawling into his or her lap, pointing at the screen, and commenting on the 'weally big bee'.

I dunno I was with some guildies we were on Huhuran... asked if the two other hunts with us wanted her, they said no, so started to kill, then I said well I kinda wanted her, but it looks like someone got some pea soup & poured it all over that wasp, after a few deaths on their part (sorry), I was all I'll tame her... tamed & named Pea.

Tilo: Pea is okay. Pee would be insulting. There's a dog I know named Sweet Pea.

Yeah, like Aotona named PayUpSucka ... wtf. Or someone's Loque I spotted recently: Minenoturs (That's nice. Way to rub it in anyone who's had a time of it getting Loque's face.) Or StupidPet. yes, some hunters would be happier without a pet, but c'mon.

I would, I think it's adorable D: Or I might shorten it to name them Weally just something to remember it.

Er, no offense, but I think you kinda missed his/her point. We're not talking about IRL pets here, just in game. I think named a pixel pet ReallyBigBee is much different than naming a dog ReallyBigDog, ya know? Just saying.

I think it's a cute name, in a silly way.

My favorite wasp name ever was the Sapphire Hive Queen that was, for some reason or another, named "ANNEFRANK". I laughed whenever I saw it in Dalaran.

Aettis: I would die seeing a any canine that. These pets are supposed to be your friends....not some sideshow freak.

Although, in fairness, my BE hunter's Loque is named after a Moonkin guildie's son. A little moonfire! Well, at least when they had moonfire, but I can't bear to rename it.

Moonfire is a cute name. :3 An actual name doesnt bother me. Just uncreative things like "ReallyBigBee" and vulgar names make me cringe.

We aren't judging anything. We never said the hunter was a bad person or something. We just personally feel if you were gonna name your best friend, you wouldn't give them a name that was so condensending like "Buttface" or "Fugly".

I can balk at a character's name or pet name all I want. I might think 'gee, what a lousy name...' but I don't go 'Wow, that person named their pet badly. They must suck eggs on Sundays.'

Exactly. I didn't say anything to them. I just kinda headdesked to myself. I figure some hunters here would feel the same way about some pet names...

Hunters who don't name their pets *at all* make my head hurt. Better "ReallyBigBee" than "Wasp".
