Disappearing Companions [and not the hunter pet kind]

So I got Lil Ragnaros and Moonkin Hatchling as early christmas presents.
I log out earlier; I still had them.
I log in about 15 minutes ago; NO LITTLE RAGNAROS OR MOONKIN HATCHLING. Now I've had them for a good 2 days; the payment went through, yada yada. So I ticket a GM basically asking What is this bullshit and if it's cause of Deathwing, punch him and return them to me!
Is anyone ELSE experiencing problems with disappearing companions? Especially bought companions?

You should tell the GM that you're going to punch Deathwing in the face anyway.

Nope, I bought mine to when they just came out, and they are still here, side bye side to me O.O
Talk to a GM and I hope you get thoose cuties back asap!

Update;
First it was; first the GM thought I 'miss bought the pets from the wrong regional blizz store'
Then it turns out no. They thought I was a hacker! Me, a hacker! Hacking my own account to buy 2 pets! And that the GM couldn't do anything that I had to open up an email/contact billing and support myself to be all HEY GUYS I'M NOT A HACKER!
This is unbelievable! For 2 days it was fine; and then suddenly lol nope, we're lock downing two pets and preventing you from using them. But we also aren't contacting you ingame NOR sending you an email about this because oh heaven to betsy, you might have had your account compramised- which leads the question of WHY NO EMAIL IN THE FIRST PLACE?!
Understandably I am VERY pissed off right now; I have had the SAME Authenticator attached to my account well before this so they should have realized MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT HACKED- and if they had suspicions why not contact me!?
So right now I am very, very very annoyed and I'd really punch Deathwing in the face right now.
If I don't get my pets back I am demanding a refund for this outrageous bullshit.

Urgh, you have my sympathies for having to go though this BS mate.

How on earth do you hack an account to get minipets anyway?! Do hackers routinely do this?
Hopefully this new e-mail goes though with better results. I'd open up another GM ticket as well, maybe you'll get a better GM this time. It couldn't hurt.

Belated but email went through. Basically they claimed they thought my account was suspect, froze the pets, refunded the money- supposedly, dad hasn't checked with the bank yet to make sure blizzard really has. And then ontop of it, demanded that I give them further information to prove it is really myself that ordered the pets and owns the account, to get to the bottom of it!
If they were so concerned over my account being possibly compramised, where was the original email alerting me to this!? I'd have gladly taken an email warning and response over this bs.
Horrible day getting worse frankly. Checking if they responded after I somewhat rightly, let them know I was not happy about this treatment :/
And nope just the automated response so I guess I can expect the next response, by monday!
I'm still flabbergasted and [ticked off the most by the excuse of oh we thought your account was compramised/hacked.
Why would I hack myself, to buy myself, pets? ._.

So I'm sure Aria told you, but I had the same issue. I had gotten the email from blizzard saying that payment did not clear and that pet would be removed from my account, checked bank statment, charge was still there, and disregarded email. Then poof pets disappear, check bank statement, payment is gone. Figure, ok was a glitch, so purchase again. Wash, rinse, repeat. So I email blizzard billing support, first person I get was a dumbass as well, saying that my payment was declined, and that pets should have been taken back (which did) and that if pets hadn't disappeared, I could ask them to investigate... TO HAVE THEM REMOVE THE PETS FROM MY ACCOUNT!
So, I reply to the email, tell them how my bank is being charged, but then the payments get removed, and mention that I had the same problem when I tried to do the race change, how my card was declined off the bat, and they corrected the issue promptly. Well the next person who replied, actually did some investigation, said that it was due to internal security measures, and had nothing to do with the bank's end, and assured me that he took steps to safeguard me from running into this in the future.
We shall see if they stick around this time :c But make sure you mention you know someone else who had the same issue, and they need to fix the problem on their end internally.

Would if I could Gex but I already mentioned the errors and all that and the only response that I got; was blah blah it's been fixed blah blah you can buy the pets again! And they gave me a survey to fill out.
I let them know how 'satisfied I was' and then instead of buying the pets again I bought Plants vs Zombies.
