She was quite the "fox"...

My brother and I went on a bit of a taming spree tonight. We went to Deadmines and got some monkeys (then both decided the pickaxes are a little....meh) and he got a parrot, then we went do Loch Modan to look for Gosh'haldir but it wasn't there. While there, he picked up Ashtail. Hard to believe she was just there, completely alone. Then again, it was about 2:00 in the morning.....anyway. So since he got himself a fox, I figured I'd give one a shot again, so I tamed a red one. It was pretty, but the exceedinly bright and wide eyes bothered me. So, we headed to Redridge so I could gawk at the brown and black ones. Same thing - they were pretty, but the eyes bothered me. Finally, I hit up Petopia to figure out where the white ones were, so off we went to Gilneas. I found the white ones and tamed, and I gotta say, I actually like this one! I really disliked them before, but the white one has won me over. His eyes are a lot prettier and I love arctic foxes anyway, so it works out.
My little guy is named Zilean and his girl is Luxanna. Let's see if anyone recognizes the names...hehe.

I was snapping pics and actually got one of them scratching at the same time! It was too cute to not post.

I'll be keeping this fella, I'm growing quite attached to him already and I've had him maybe 15 minutes.

Ooh, pretty picture! Might want to upload it onto Wowhead's page on the Fox pet family.
With regards to your net pet: just be careful to not aggro critters with Tailspin

Ooo, neat idea, thank you!
And I'll keep the tailspin in mind. I think my carrion bird back in the day (when I used one regularly) had that screech ability that did the same thing.

Needless to say, it was fun when neutral mobs like stags and tallstriders decided they'd like to kick my butt for having an overzealous bird.

Too bad we're not on the same server. I think it'd be fun to fight against each other.

Zilean = League of Legends

Stumbled across this while getting ready to post about some beetles. I have the Black fox from Redridge. I named her Giselda, and I looooove her lol. She has kinda yellowy eyes, and I quite like her. The white you have is really nice as well.

I love the simultaneous fox-scratching action you've got going on there. Adorable.

Ashtail is actually extremely ez to tame with only a one to a one and a half hour re spawn timer it can hardly be considered a rare

I'd wager that on most servers his/her spawn point is still being camped heavily, so I wouldn't say she/he is easy, at least not yet.
Once Ash's novelty wears off, it will be a much easier tame.
