So i tamed myself a Silithid a few days ago and i quickly came to love the little guy =D. Tho i have noticed..i seem to be the only one with a silithid o.0 So i was wondering do any of you other hunters have a pet Silithid? If so what color? I have the blueish-green one my favorite skin of them all. Anyways share the love guys Silithids need some too

I love silithid pets as well althoguh my favorite would be the gold/yellow one that i have on my main. I also have the brown rare one and the green one of different characters

I've always liked them but have never had room to get one.

Also, I don't think I've ever seen a hunter with them.

I have seen 1-2 hunters with em and i tamed one for a lil while. They are pretty cool, however i do not have the room for one as i have other pets that i like more that i want to keep.

I have a silithid for a pet and I think that he is one of my favorite pets!
I really love how much he moves around and when he runs it is so cute. I tamed him as the yellow one first, but he looked better in that nice gray/brown skin. So when he became full grown he lost his bright yellow color.

I loved my silithid, Spaztastic (so much personality), but I had to choose between him or my hyena and Meza always wins that fight. I do plan on getting one on my night elf thought once she can tame exotics, she hads mostly insects as pets so it'll feel right at home.

I have the tan one, as you can see in my signature! Ripley is my favorite pet EVER! She was awesome for soloing, great for pvp, and I love using her for grinding stuff. With dash being almost always up, she's one fast pet. Plus the dance they do is so endearing.

A friend of mine has the yellow one, and we take them out to scout for people to gank sometimes, haha... enjoy your new pet! <3

Glad to see im not the only one with one I use mine for everyday things dailies dungeons/heroics etc. I still use my Devilsaur (Tyrantus) to raid..ive been tempted to use Amok (my Silithid) for raiding but i dont think he would do enough DPS for me to get by with sadly

i have used my Silithid for raiding but only for the Ahn'Qiraj raids as i think its alwasy nice to bring a bit or irony to a fight

I likewise have a Silithid but i have a yellow one. Actually I had just gotten the ability to tame exotics and i was dismounted by one as i headed to Un'goro and i was like hey fine i will tame you!!!!
So I tamed him and he was awesome I used him to kill the player zombies during the zombie invasion. I named him ZombieEater to let people knew when i was in crossroads I was going to kill you lol.
Bu yeah he is one of my favorites. I just got a devilsaur so his my active pet and my serpent has an awesome summoning animation, but if i were to Battleground i think I would still bring ZombieEater

I also have one of the yellow/green ones from Un'Goro, named Surge. He's a hyper-active, fidgety, crazy little bug and I love him to bits. He's so great in PvP and I love how he runs! I have not seen any other hunters on my server with one as of yet, though.

I have one of the blueish ones but rarely use him sadly, I usually stick with my worm (Evrae)

I used to have the dusty colored one named Quicksand. He was a good buddy.

I had one but i had so many other pets i wanted to tame aswell so i left him behind.

They are awesome looking tho.

Mine is named Memnarch, and he is my dedicated cunning pet, whom, I tend to use in pvp. I chose the rare spawn tan one from the shimmering flats.

I see a few hunters with them (Cross server BGs ) but I have no room. Perhaps I will get rid of my spider for one... because they basically are a glorified spider, after all

ive had a couple and i rather liked em, but they had to go in favor of other petsies.
though if i got a couple extra stable slots i would run and grab on in a flash.

as for fav color..ive always been torn between the yellow and the red one.

I had a silithid named Sandstorm for quite a while, and was amused by his playful idle movements. It reminded me of a puppy doing the play "bow". I had a problem with him, where I could click the Dash talent, and it was completely unable to learn it. I became fed up with slow starts in grinding, and not catching players in my very small pvp experience.

So, Ill ask current owners - has the no dash bug been fixed?
if so, i just may play with one again!
