Dark Phoenix Hatchling confirmation

I've heard it was 55 exalted reputations, then 55 guild-wide exalted reps, then do all the heroics in a guild group.
Can anyone confirm, for sure, where this comes from?

If you log in on the new armory (us.battle.net/wow) and go under your guild section, you'll see a section with guild perks. It'll say right there what's required (sadly I can't remember what it is and I can't log in right now).

Says just the reps, nothing about the heroics.
