Drake of the north wind

Just had Drake of the north wind drop off the dragon boss in Vortex Pinnacle wondering is this a low drop or common as would like to farm it with friends

Isn't that in heroic mode only? Like the Blue Proto-drake, so ppl can't farm it.

its a bug it always drop on normal ... so abuse it while you can
not sure if they fixed it already D:

hmm just did that boss in VP I think its been fixed now i remeber the reset last night .. D:
though 83 guildie got it ....
not sure :s it might be a drop chance on normal now though .... D:
