So now that Cata has been out for a while what has everyone got done so far?
I have so far reached 525 mining (earned 11.7k gold from it also

, still no pet however)
Only got to level 83, haven't felt the need to speed level have been taking it slow and enjoying it

Hyjal was awesome.
Tried and failed at Terrorpene a few times so let another Hunter take him, currently camping for him for round 4.
Found out how to get to Jadefang only to find him being killed as I arrive.
Things to do
Tame Terrorpene
Go to a dungeon
and finally the obvious level to 85

Levelled druid to 81, did three dungeons with guildies (two as DPS, one as tank) - they are definately tougher than I expected, and the gear requirement is set high for that reason - I actually couldn't queue for any of them using the DF.
Replaced ~6 pieces of gear with quest and random greens in the first new zone (Vashj'ir).
Got archaeology to about 30, made 500g on two stacks of herbs picked up while questing, became annoyed by the limited availability of cooking recipes, levelled about 25 levels of enchanting, spent ages flying around old world because I can, got a seahorse, got Friendly with my guild, logged out and went to bed!

Got a Tauren hunter to 55, and have teared up three times at what the Cataclysm's done to some of my beloved questgivers. (Once in Mulgore, the second Camp T, and the third was in Un'goro of all places...) I still (even without using BoA's) feel like I'm getting XP too fast to "finish" the zones as I level through them, but the quest lines are fluid and easy to follow, there isn't nearly as much "afk-autorun towards my next quest hub" nonsense, and the board thingey in Orgrimmar is SUPER handy.
I love all the tweaks to the dungeons I've run so far ('cept for the gutting of Sunken Temple, but it was understandable), and the fact that I got to do Strat, Scholo and BRD with *gasp* people that have actually run them before! Thanks, reduced levels!! For somebody like me for whom those instances were once pretty much the end of the game, it's really nice to still have the familiar loot tables, and I've been amazed at how running a single dungeon every other level has kept me in very decent gear.
Am waiting on RL friends before I start the new zones, but Archaeology is looking promising. The little lore tidbits are interesting, and I'm having no trouble leveling it while mostly watching TV (it's painless, in other words).
EDIT: Although my fox Kaylee pretty quickly got a white->black fur dye job, she's still happily munchin' the fish I catch. And my stables are filled with Simon (previously Snarler), River (previously Shadowclaw) and Jayne (a flaming boar). Looking forward to (thanks to the increased stable size) being able to finish out the crew. =D

I'm working on two characters (of which I just added to my signature because they're finally visible in the Armory.

), at the moment.
As soon as I feel like I'm done with one of them, I have a rogue and a mage to work on too.
I however, am loving the game to death now.. more so than in the previous six years I've been playing.

I did EVERY quest in Hyjal on my druid and it was EPIC. I recommend anyone to do every single quest there, especially druids because....well I wont spoil it but you druid-lore-lovers will die from squealing.

You making alot off mining so far?
I personally have spent Cata camping for TLPD. You've probably seen my QQ and whining in other threads about it already

I've only gotten my hunter to level 83. I'm becoming more and more frustrated with how plain RUDE some people are. I flew down to turn in a quest and actually read it when I guess I was accidentally on top of another quest giver [I didn't even know he gave a quest!] and someone said "Would you get the f*ck off the quest giver?" Now it may be just that I'm overly sensitive but that really made me mad. I didn't know this guy was a quest giver and I was trying to read my quest and enjoy myself. I HATE IT when people are rude for no damned reason! >__<

If youre MM you can start the fight with Terrorpene with Silencing Shot so he doesn't fire his Lazuh right off and it gives you JUST enough time to tame.... i got him at 81

Was searching for a name for my druid (Vanilla main) and had just watched Serenity. Liked the way "Tudyk" sounded on a Tauren. I did tear up a little bit when flight form was introduced, and again when I got to do the quests on her. Anywho, back to topic!

I've gained a level on a couple characters, worked up my worgen to almost the 30s now. Vashj'ir is the coolest questing experience I've ever had in this game -- who thought they could make a delightful underwater level after stuff like that dreadful quest in Darkshore?
Flying is awesome. Even though some of the forests look awful from above, it's neat to finally explore those mystery areas.
Doing archaeology with my death knight (master riding + On a Pale Horse) until the guild reputation penalty goes away; seems unfairly slow and unrewarding at this stage.

I WAS making a lot off mining but they (rightly) nerfed the number of nodes in Deepholm and the gold income has slowed a bit.
Update on things I have done: Got to level 85
Tamed : Jadefang and Terrorpene
now searching for Ghostcrawler just tamed Ghostcrawler
Since getting 85 all I have the motivation to do is pet hunt :s

Other than you? One. Sadly.
Thank you though for recognizing it...

So far, after having had the expansion for less than 24 hours, have rolled out my four new toons, two worgen and two goblins. I then squashed the urge to jump into the new races and began Vashj'ir to the point of having a seahorse mount on Shaon. I was completely happy with my watery enviornment until I saw the sharks. I then logged and tried out my gobliness. She's awesome. Got her into guild and then hopped to the other side of things to try out Eiskal, my worgen male, a druid. He's 8 now and the starting zone has so far been a wild ride.
I'll prolly run Mataline (Mattie) my lady goblin a bit more tonight (read 1:30am) after work. Yay for Sunday's off.

I thought I would be one of those people to zerg to 85, but I've actually just enjoyed taking my time. I'm only just now level 84, and my leatherworking still isn't maxxed, but that's okay. It has been a sweet ride up to this point.
To-do list:
*Hit 85
*Start running heroics
*Get prepped for raiding
*Tame Ghostcrawler
*Catch up on the new mini-pets
Since I tamed Madexx, my most wanted Cata pet, I can focus on getting raid-ready again.

I'm loving it all so far. The quests are great, heroics difficult again and lots of fun little perks and items.
The only complaint I've currently got, is Archaeology in Kalimdor. WAY too many Night Elf dig sites when compared to Tol'vir, Troll, fossil and dwarf. Right now I'd be more than happy to volunteer to demolish some of them, it's not uncommon to have all your dig sites in Night Elf ruins ten times in a row.
