Found something interesting while exploring yesterday. I was flying through Silverpine and SilverDragon went off, telling me that it had spotted Gorefang. I clicked the box and targeted it, then flew a bit further and found it again! Gorefang was up twice at the same time.

I killed one out of an minor OCD compulsion to have everything mesh nicely, but it didn't affect the other. This is the only time I've seen two of the same rare mob up at a time. I have shots of where I saw the two spawns; unfortunately I couldn't get them together in one shot, but it's still interesting to see.

You can see the time and date in my shots, as well as the loot I took from the one I killed, which proves these two were separate spawns.

Has anyone else seen this sort of activity before?

Yes, I've seen it recently when I was working my undead hunter. :c)

Yeah, I posted about this awhile back--came to the conclusion that the lakeside spawnpoint is meant to be his "new" spawn, but they didn't remove his old mountain-side spawnpoint, so he tends to be up in 2 places at once

I wonder if any other "moved" rares have this issue. I find it pretty funny, personally.

/hopes for multiple Loque'nahak spawns

Hey, considering how many bloody spawn points he does have, it'd be nice. Not likely, but nice.
