Well I just turned 85 today so I decided to check for Karoma and Sambas. No luck and too many people there so I thought maybe ghost crawler was up since it didnt seem like any lvl 85 hunters were there. Well.. a long winded speech boat ride, tentacle touching, nagga kidnapping and seahorse bucking hour later I managed to make my way there. Was just checking the sands when I saw a yellow dot.. my first reaction.. no way!.. my second reaction oh shit tame!.. wait where did he go? After checking around he was a bit further from where I last saw. Him AS, trap, and tame.. haha your mine dont phase now haha.. trap immune.. wait what?.. why.. when uh.. but uh... crud this is going to hurt.. and it quite did lol but I got him! Have yet to figure out a name but hes pretty cute ^.^

Basically he was at the tip of the reef. Now if only I can get Karoma and Sambas to spawn ^.^

Does he still have the Nerf Bat skill, or has it replaced with something utterly pedestrian?

He still has it and shoots it at you every other second, but it's hardly anything to worry about. I tamed through it with 7% haste in greens and blues without dying, just tame at max distance if you want to play it safe.

got mine soon as i hit 85 seen a lvl 82 warrior mining out there and he tried to kill him and fail horribly when he was done failing i went and tamed him he is one of my favorite of cataclysm i don't think many hunters know about him so hes pretty easy to find.

Obviously you should name him...
