I was looking for Terrorpene in Mount and couldnt find him mainly because all i do is scout then leave. Well my cousin Wanted me to go in a Regluar Stonecore with him so i did and i kept telling him "watch im going to see it dead or getting killed" and he just ignored me well after the Stonecore i hit the eye to leave and right when i poofed back i see Terrorpene getting killed...by a hunter! who already had him but lucky the hunter died (sorry to say lol) and i went down and hit tame beast and it wouldnt let me because it said i had a beast out so i hit dismiss didnt work. i hit revive pet didnt work. then i shot at Terrorpene in anger then hit tame beast it worked! then this Druid came flying in about to hit him and BAM i got him. and then the druid said he wanted a Achivement i told him it didnt give him one then he said he wanted it for a blue item and i told him none of the tamable beasts drop items that are useful so he got mad lol. Well that my Lucky story for Terrorpene! I would post some pics but at school.

Grats and a hearty haw-haw @ the dr00d - hopefully he'll look it up for himself, get a clue and stop wasting other people's time.

Sadly terrorpene isn't listed on Wowhead yet, for some reason.

Cata spoiled people with the rares all dropping blues, and yeah some people just won't believe you that they drop only gray items. Hopefully as word gets out it will lessen the rates of "omg rare kill it!"

Yeah, that and the achieves for them. :/ But I am glad Blizz moved away from that. Except...

Ya the hunter i understand he was killing it because it was there but if that was me and i alrdy had Terrorpene i would find a hunter that wants him to tame not to kill. the Druid was a prick tho he said he wanted it for a friend that was a hunter....that! wanted Terrorpene to kill its like WTF? lol

I dont understand just killing it because it is there at all. What a selfish thing to do. He's brand new, surely there are people who want him. Why on earth wouldn't the hunter just ask if anybody wanted to tame him?

I ran into the taming bug a few hours ago with Karoma. I went to tame and it said I already had an active summon (I didn't, I had put my pet away before camping him). I had to call and then dismiss a pet before it would let me tame.

Ya maybe its blizzard getting back at us for taming cool pets! lol (like flaming boar Lone Hunter)
