Since it's nice and quiet now in Scholazar Basin, I thought I'd have a look and see if Loque was home.
after 3 hours he spawned for me at the northern spawn site near all the skeletons with the birds on them.

Then I decided to grab a new tenacity pet as well. When the new turtles got announced I know most of you fell in love with Terrorpene, but this guy caught my eye. I'm glad I went to tame him, because i'm quickly falling in love with him:

I thought the same thing, with cata being out, Loque would be an easy catch
Turns out I thought wrong
I am camping Loque since 4 days now, ~9 hours each day, still a haven't even seen his corpse yet
I now am also known to the alts playing in Sholazar Basin since I ask everyone in the zone if they'd message me once they see him.
Still no luck

Loque is still my favorite. Tamed sambas, terrorpene and karoma so will see if they come close

Grats! If that is the ancient sea turtle I had him for awhile too but after I saw terrorpene I HAD to have him. So I said goodbye to the green one. You looks great together! I especially like the pic with you and Loque- nicely done!

Poor Lalabaer! You must be very unlucky with the spawntimes, I bet you he spawns during the time you're not looking for him I have to admit, I was getting bored after 3 hours and was about to give up. I wasn't that desperate for him, I just wanted to try out the spirit beast family and I think Loque is the best looking one.

Cathyliz7, yes, that's the ancient seaturtle. I vastly prefer him over Terrorpene (I don't like the black and red lava theme) and when first of all it was announced the Terrorpene was tameable but Tortolla wouldn't be, I was very sad Luckily they changed Ghamoo-ra's model so at least there is a tameable ancient sea turtle in game.

Well, they did the same thing here with Nemesis. The god turtle (Nemesis) *isn't* tameable. Terrorpene is a spawn that shares Nemesis' skin. So it's the same thing: you're taming a turtle with a unique skin. So don't feel too bad.

I admit, I thought I would like the Ghamoo-ra skin more than I did. I tamed it to play around with it. It was going to be my replacement Panzer. And it just didn't grow on me at all. I ended up releasing her the same day. Terrorpene, on the other hand, got renamed to Panzer. I was able to justify it for story, and that satisfied me.

wooo got my terrorpene. after he killed me i got him second try.lol however. i noticed ppl grats-ing me all the time and saying "grats on gettin nemesis".... but its not. its terrorpene.. is terror a rare spawn of nemesis? i dont think they the same so wonder bout ppl seeing terror and nemesis as the same turtle.
