discovered it at around 270 arch. got the pet around 100 arch.
It took me all the way to 525 to get that wee guy. And I love him. xD His sounds are adorable.WoW Petopia Community

Got one of those as well. Completing that artifact got me to 525. Also got the non-combat pet too.

Getting the fragments for it right now.

Already have the little one, got him at about 150.
