So now that our pets have insane amounts of HP as well as we, the hunters, we can go and solo our hearts out. More now that our pets have become un-crittable due to [Grace of the Mantis].

What feats have you to share with us when it comes to extreme soloing?

I just went to FoS heroic to see how that would measure up now that i'm 85.
Have around 100k hp and Morla, my Terrorpene turtle is lvl 84 and has around 94k hp.

The first two mobs were surprisingly easy, i've soloed them several times as a lvl 80 but that was a big challenge. Now I just waltzed over them. So I decided to skip all the trash and use camouflage to get to the first boss.
The fight that followed was pretty long but doable, at some point my hp dropped to 45k i think, 2 times I've used a bandage.
But my heals on Morla ticked for 11k so the boss didn't stand a chance. Easy fight.

Now on to some other bosses!

When 4.0.3a first came out (lvl 80 was still cap) I wanted to tame Huhuran.

My spirit beast, Skoll, ended up solo'ing the first boss in AQ 40.

Tonight I soloed all kinds of trashpacks from Naxx 10-man. It was doable with a turtle. Did not die once Made it all the way to Instructor Razuvius

Tried soloing Sapphiron in Naxx couple of days ago. Got her down to 2400k with the help of Ghostcrawler.
I might need some more practice

I have once or twice tried soloing ZG, well, before it disapeared. No luck at all in getting past the second boss.

hmmmm lets see. not too many solo stories but i have been tanking with my pet. (keep im mind im lvl 70.) the tank and healers always drop out during acatraz and other netherstorm runs so im always tanking them. had to 3 man the last boss with no tank or heals more then once. *hugs Shiftdormu* but with my dragon puppy by my side we always survive.... erm...most of us *cough*
Soloed the fel reaver more then once without getting a scratch on me. my pet wasnt even lvl 70 yet and he didnt go below 50%
have ran underbog, slave pens and parts of carverns of time content for rep.
I soloed everything up to "The beast"-shame he lost his boss mark. think that is about it for me. I soloed 6 lvl 75 guards in the silvermoon inn once but that was before the change so im not sure that counts. o.e

Managed to solo some of the level 80 Heroics.
Just the dps output can be low sometimes and allow bosses to repeat all sorts of nasty attacks.

Learning how to solo Stonecore normal for the mount. It seems doable. Granted, I wiped when I tried due to my own stupidity; I forgot to lock my action bars and accidentally deleted mend pet! Going to try again tomorrow.

Also managed to down Skadi! Annoying adds are annoying.

Using my Terrorpene I have soloed Nexus Heroic, Magister's Terrace Heroic, and Zul'Aman (which was a pain). Gonna try and attempt all the Lv 80 heroic dungeons, and maybe get some achievements along the way I missed, although that might be aiming a bit too high.

I clear MC and Kara for gold/thundefury

MC is a joke

Kara is too for the most part ( green beam netherspite, chess is..........chess, and make sure your max range for Malchezaar. ) ( any spec )

I saw that hunters where doing Sapphiron so I tried and did this as well. ( bm, gotta have a spirit beast for the heal )

I solo the trash up to the first boss in VP on normal and get massive greens and volatile air ( could pry kill the first boss too but i didn't have my spirit beast on me at the time, you will need his heal to pull it off. I managed to get him to the 50s and knowing i was going to lose i just dismissed my pet and FDed. )

Doomwalker and Doom Lord Kazzak are a joke

Tried Magtheridon, couldn't kill ANY of the healers before they healed up but then noticed they did close to zero damage to the pet so i just offtanked them and waited for Magtheridon to spawn. When he came active my pet tanked him plus the adds with ease, the problem was the elemental adds, they have weird aggro and go on who they please and seemed to constantly respawn.......managed to get Magtheridon to 80% ( he has A LOT of hp ) before FDing it.........only problem on this fight was the elemental adds whooping me........rest was a joke.

I also wanted to try some of my Glory of the Hero achieves since i was only 7 away, did Chaos Theory and Better off Dread which was also pretty easy ( 5 to go! )

I'm more of a 2 manner than a soloer - I don't kite and have no BM spec on top of that, so I've only soloed the easier things. So at 80 it was ZG minus Jindo for nostalgia, lvl 70 heroics for rep, regular UK for the Christmas hat, but once I saw there's a mount in Stonecore, figured I'd try for that. Gave it my first shot yesterday 2 man with my pocket tank, and trash was definitely tough. Once we got to the second boss we tried having the tank tank, but he was eating too much damage to heal himself through it. Second shot I had my pet tank it and other than a rocky start where I'd let the heals drop off too much, it went pretty smoothly. So I'll probably try soloing it today after having some help with trash

I've been soloing Skadi on Heroic for the Blue Proto for some time now. I wouldn't call it exactly extreme though - if I just take care of the adds first and make sure I don't get hit by his WW, it's a piece of cake. With Camouflage and a bit of patience I don't even have to touch any of the trash before him. I've been REALLY close to beating my Wrath record time - which was done in a 5-man group. Pretty weird being able to do that alone just 5 levels higher.

I remember sololing Onyxia when she was lvl 60 which was still hard at the time. Now at 80? Impressive!
Tried UP too but I failed, might be handy this guide

I wonder if we are able to solo some Ulduar 10 man bosses?

First boss has already been soloed at lvl 80, it's a pain though to coordinate it all

I did a few attempts at Onyxia 10m, but just couldn't survive the start of the second phase. :(
