Sigh... So discouraged and fed up with 3-4 csmpers in each zone that I think I'm gonna stop even trying until mid-january.. There's just too much competition on my server.

Tried Jadefang this morning (had logged out there) and there was the same pally and hunter that had been camping him for days. And the other areas aren't any better.

FML

Time to keep farming ore and forget about rares.

Gotta stop reading here for a while as well. All the 5 rares in 5 hour stories just make it worse.

You just have to be persistent.

I had a goblin hunter harassing me at the spawn point for Sambas, but I stuck. Went to patrol after a few hours and one spawn point down my kitty was waiting for me.

Well, for example, last night in Uldum, one at each point, and three others pathing, 2 more at Terrorpene, and TH looked like an international airport..

And some of it is certainly a combo of Boub's work combined with winter break.

I've found that you're more likely to find a rare when you're not really hardcore camping for one. But, there's also plenty of other stuff to do while the shininess wears off on camping these rares by non hunters and kids on break.

Yeah. Madexx is in a horribly busy spot. But I ask politely that people holler at me and such. I've not seen head nor stinger off him. It's good to know your limits, but it doesn't hurt to peek in now and then.

Don't give up hope! Let's make a deal to keep camping until we get the pet we want! Alright? Who else is with me!

Heck yeah! I got Madexx. Not ... the blue one but still cool.

Should try having two hunters, don't think im going to camp many rares on second hunter.

My other hunter is pvp only, and with a look at tol barad, I think she's gonna be on the shelf for a long time.

Yeah, after I saw 6-7 hunters looking for Madexx, I just started fishing...

Move to Moonrunner. Jadefang was up 3 hours ago and probably still is. Doesn't seem to be a lot of rare hunters here, really. There sure was a lot when Loque'Nahak was the one to get.

I've seen her twice so far. There's a moderate amount of rare hunters on Feathermoon, but I suspect Jade's location is prohibitive.

Oddly enough, I haven't seen Jadefang as a pet yet, even in town, I suspect that the mini-pet hunters are getting her.

I'm about to give up on Madexx myself. I know he's spawning when I'm either asleep or at work. And assuming his spawn timer is either 12 or 24 hours, that means he keeps respawning when I'm not around. It leaves me feeling rather defeated, actually.

I was going to try to pull an all-nighter tonight but I'm so exhausted from working and visiting a friend of mine who just got out of the hospital today.

It's just all very frustrating. I don't have a spawn/kill/tame time for Madexx or anything so I'm just staying on as long as I can, when I can, and it's still not doing any good.

I think for my health and sanity I need to just move on for a while, as much as I am loathe to do so. I really, really, REALLY want green Madexx (or black or brown), but sadly I just don't see luck favoring me any time soon.

I really miss Sholozar.. at least there you had 3 rares to chase, and you could mine/herb/skin while you were waiting and watching.. most of the new zones aren't great for that, with where the spawn points are.

I found all 6 of my rare elites by simply just checking there spawn spots casually. Eventually one by one I got them all. I felt like I was from pokeman. Gotta catch em all.
