This is a rather quick question, but how do i rename my pet? I haven't played my hunter for a while and started again recently. After logging on I realized i wasn't that happy with my pet names. Is it even possible to change their names after being set?

You can change their name by buying a Certificate of Ownership, usually on the AH.

there is a count down once you use one so choise carefuly or you have to wait so many days befor being able to do it again.

Seven day cooldown.

Scribes are the ones who can make the certificates.

Certificates also sell well in the AH. They're nice gifts too.

If your pet has one of the common skins, it might be better to just tame another one and give it the name you like. Even if you tame a low level pet, it will automatically level up to your level minus 2 (?) levels.

On my server, they go for 10-12g.

2G on kilrogg EU.

But kilrogg is famous for it's weird economy. There are people that buy herbs worth 15G, and then dont vare about the fact tjat they're losing 13G Per sold certificate.

Mm, yeah I don't think the Certificates are too pricey, but it depends on how much income you have.

Sounds like there's a lack of scribes!

There arn't even any in the AH on my server.

I have a scribe and i thought hey i have a lot of the mats needed to make some certificates so i got and make 15 of them and proceed to put 5 on the AH at about 5 gold each and since there was none on the AH at the time I thought hey i should sell some. Long story short after putting it up 3 times for 48 hours each time and not a 1 sold i gave up putting them up. I find that they aren't big sellers so if you cant find any that is why.

Yup, my scribe has the same problem.

I keep two on the AH at all times tough, and usually none, possibly one gets sold.
