Went and made this last night after my internet took a dump

I was so bored >< Watched all the movies I got for xmas, played my Kinect, and then decided to mess around on Photoshop.

I'm not uber amazing with Photoshop, but I can think of a couple of reasons off the top of my head why that might be happening to you.
1: You didn't set the image background to transparent when you created the new project.
2: You imported some part of the image (whether it be the clip of Uldum, the models, etc.) as a jpg/bmp/etc. and forgot to layer them from the background, thus resulting in the white background.
Like I said, that's just what I can come up with off the top of my head. Wish I had a better way to help.

bascily i made the bg transparent on each picture, erased what part i didnt want, then dragged what i did want onto a transparent background and arranged everything. The only image that would be a jpg is the uldum pic. So that probably is the problem then.

What I think you did was (if you're using Photoshop) instead of using Save for Web and Devices (which saves it "ready to use"), you used the normal save which doesn't take transparency and possible animations into account. Some magic wands and a Background Eraser fixed it up, though. ^^
