I can't decide on these races for hunter please vote. I will be doing pvp so could you give me a suggestion for a good pvp pet.

I only put up the ones I'm interested in.

Then you're not really open to which race is best for hunter. And if you're making a twink you won't want to cut out one of the most op twinks ever hands down for lowbie pvp. IE Draenei.

Outside of that you really give no rhyme or reason as to why you have narrowed down the choices for a hunter for pvp action. You don't even seem to want people to explain what race would maybe be the best. You give us no view of what sort of pets you like, to help us do more than grasp at straws. And you leave it up to us really to just about lead you by the hand and tell you cliche combos like; Nelf and Cat. Orc and Wolf. Orc and Cat. Orc and Spider. Tauren and Spider. Etc.

I would have to say dwarf for pure pvp reasoning. Their active racial stoneform helps alot and they get extra crit with guns. Tauren is a close second but they are not as well subtle for pvp.

Seriously, do a little research.

Seriously, can we stop with the "Best ____" or "___ vs ___" topics? Make some of your own decisions.

Play whatever strikes your fancy, or read the little descriptions on the character creation sceens. It clearly tells you the racials of each race.

I completely agree with Saturo, Kalliope, and Jakkra.

1) The information exists out there, in abundance. However, theorycrafting is not the purpose of this forum.

2) Things chance so rapidly sometimes that racials and pet choices are ultimately a personal choice and not something that should be determined by whatever's OP at this precise moment.

3) We now have numerous threads on these topics that have people giving earnest answers.

I hate to sound like a hardass, but it's really not that hard to check out what else has been written on a forum before starting a new topic.

Indeed it's not. There ARE some interesting threads running that involve theorycrafting, but the posts that involve people asking us to tell them what to play are not intended for theorycrafting. They are posted by people who are too lazy to actually look at existing theorycrafting threads and who want the work done for them.

This isn't even the best place to ask, as the grand overwhelming majority of the hunters who come here are more concerned about their pets and enjoying them, not about theorycrafting or hardcore raiding or PvP of any kind. That doesn't mean that we aren't poking around, but this is a forum intended for pet lovers. Check Elitist Jerks or Arena Junkies for specialty recommendations on raiding and PvP.

Then again, there's the idea of simply having your eyes open while walking around a major city. (The very idea!)
